Hi there, I’m Erin, better known as ‘The Cookie Lady,’ and I’m the owner, designer and baker here at The Sweet Life Bakery. My family and I moved to Jasper, Texas a few years ago and I am so grateful to God every day for leading us here and allowing me to do what I love – bake for all of you!
In June of 2022, I was given an opportunity to sell a basket of cookies at a local deli and that reminded me how much I love baking. Shortly after, I created a business name, had a logo designed for me, got my Cottage Food License, and have continued growing from there.
I make sure to source the highest quality ingredients for my treats, and I use organic, non-GMO and natural whenever possible. I strive to only use ingredients that I would give to my own family – all things that you can read and pronounce! I put so much love and intention into my treats and sharing them with all of you is always the highlight of my day. I am so excited to bake for you and look forward to seeing y’all soon!
